They seem like the only company that can actually handle problems with major home appliances and will show up on time (i'm not sure why but some companies think that showing up 2 hours late is okay). I've had problem with so many services doing a terrible job or just not knowing where to begin, those problems were with Israeli/European machines...
Best to go with a repair service that can fix American and European machines. Although appliancespecialist (this is where I heard about them initially) only works around jerusalem, beit shemesh, efrat and those types of areas.
The company also handles installations, if that helps.
